Session 4 of 4 — The Foundation: Lower Body Strength & Multiplanar Movement

Ethos Farm to Health · 16 spots

Leg strength is the strongest predictor of falling-free aging. The chair-rise test predicts your odds of dying in the next decade better than your cholesterol does. But training "legs" by squatting in a straight line misses the point — the legs need to move and stabilize in every direction, on uneven ground, often on one foot at a time.

This closing session of the Farm-Fit Series ties everything together: the cardiovascular base, the cardiovascular ceiling, upper-body carrying capacity, and the foundation underneath it all.

The workout (45 min): Lunges, step-ups, single-leg balance work, hinge mechanics, lateral and rotational patterns, and the multiplanar control work that traditional programs skip. Coached and scaled to the room.
