Because we are social creatures, the psychosocial challenges of being plant-based in a non-plant-based world are really important to address and overcome. She will also lead a mindful meditation you can practice on your own to support your journey into plant-based eating!
She will also be discussing excerpts from her book and will be available to answer questions.
